What you own
The weights, the evaluation harness and the infrastructure definitions. If our engagement ends, the system keeps running and you can retrain it without us.
What we need
[GPU specification — fill in only what you have actually validated.] Integration points for your telephony platform and CRM. Someone on your side who can run Kubernetes, or a written agreement that we operate it for you.
