Lead handling that leaves a defensible record

Inbound qualification, objection handling on price and financing, and follow-up that is consistent and logged — in the language the caller actually used.

What it does

Lead qualification

Inbound calls scored and routed on stated criteria — budget, timeline, financing status, locality preference — with the reasoning captured rather than inferred later.

Objection handling

Valuation, location, financing, timing and possession-date objections, answered in your team's own language and phrasing.

Follow-up sequencing

Consistent contact without the leakage that kills conversion, and a record of every touch and every commitment made.

Multilingual intake

Callers switching between English and a regional language mid-sentence, captured and written back in the correct script for each.

Context

The risk in automated lead handling is discrimination, not data leakage

Real estate call data is less sensitive than insurance or health data. The exposure sits elsewhere: a system that qualifies, routes or responds differently based on inferred characteristics such as religion, region of origin, family status or language is a legal problem.

“We used a third-party API” is not a defence, because you cannot show what the model considered. A model you control — pinned version, logged inputs, reproducible output — is at least auditable, and can be tested for disparate treatment before it goes live.

Who this fits

Good fit: brokerages, developers and teams with high inbound call volume, existing recordings, and someone accountable for compliance and fair-treatment risk.

Not a fit yet: low volume, no recordings, or no appetite to run infrastructure.

Common questions

Can it qualify leads in a regional language?

Yes, where we have enough training data in that language. Coverage depends on your call archive. The feasibility review tells you which of your languages are viable before you commit.

How is this different from a generic voice bot?

A generic bot runs a script through a hosted model. This is a model fine-tuned on your calls, running on your infrastructure, producing an auditable record of why it said what it said.

Does it replace agents?

No. It handles qualification, lookup and follow-up so agents spend their time on live conversations that need a person.
